How it works: proof approval before engraving
- Send your request using the form below (or call/email us).
- We email you a digital proof showing the layout, spelling, and size.
- You reply APPROVED (or tell us what to change, and we'll send a new proof).
- Only then do we engrave.
Please double-check spelling, names, dates, and numbers; we engrave exactly what you approve. Engraving is permanent, so custom items are final sale once production starts. See our Refund Policy.

Fill out the form below. In your message, please include:
- Item type: what we're engraving (or what you'd like us to supply)
- Size: exact dimensions, or small (keychain, coaster), medium (wallet, plaque, hat patch) or large (signs, wall art)
- Text to engrave: names, dates, quotes, and any font or placement preference
- Quantity and when you need it (standard turnaround is 3–7 business days; rush 1–2 business days for an extra fee)
- Any other details: finish (classic burnt etch, deep engrave, painted fill), special instructions
